Langley, BC – Langley United Soccer Club is proud to announce the appointment of Mike Thomson as the General Manager of its League1 BC franchise. Mike, a former president of the club, brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the community. His professional career as a manager has equipped him with the skills to drive success both on and off the pitch.

It’s time to get excited, because the schedule for Langley United’s first season in League1 BC is here! 

It all starts Saturday April 12th when our men’s and women’s teams travel north to take on Kamloops United FC. But, circle Sunday April 27th in your calendar because that’s when League1 BC’s professional soccer comes to Langley as LUSA hosts the Vancouver Whitecaps FC’s academy teams. The action keeps coming the following weekend when our local Surrey rivals, Unity FC, come to town.

Starting September 2025, the BC Soccer Premier League (BCSPL) will shift its season to a September-June playing calendar! This change aligns with Player Development Program (PDP) standards to enhance player growth and operational efficiency.
