FEES

Administration fee
Each player will be charged a $30.00 non-refundable administration fee when registering for the fall season and a $10.00 non-refundable administration fee when registering for the Spring season, Langley Adult Recreational Soccer, and any Development Academy, Camp Registrations, and Active Start Program. This fee covers items such as credit card fees, administration expenses, field lining costs etc.

The third or more child fee is to be applied to the youngest child only. Full fees must be paid for the two oldest siblings. This does not apply to Active Start Programs.

U11 to U18 Development Fees
All U11 to U18 players must register online and pay the base registration fee. If a staff coach is assigned there will be a development fee set based on the requirements of the team.

If a player is assigned to a team, and it is deemed after four weeks that the player is incorrectly placed, LUSA has the right to move the player to a team that will match their ability.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Payment
All registrations must be done online through DEMOSPHERE REGISTRATION SYSTEM using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard). All transactions are secure. If you do not have a credit card, please contact the Registrar at info@lusa.ca to discuss payment options.
We do not accept cash.

Financial Assistance

If you are applying for Funding from Kidsport, Jumpstart or any other program we require a copy of the application and this must be emailed toinfo@lusa.cain order to receive a code to register in the desired program. The code will remove the portion of the registration that you are requesting from a funding company. You must pay the balance at the time of registration. Alternatively, you can register into the program and pay the full registration fee and when the funding comes in, you will be refunded to the credit card on file the amount received.

Refunds
LUSA will grant a full refund less a $30.00 administration fee prior to the first training session occurring for the Fall season, and a full refund less a $10.00 administration fee prior to the first training session occurring for the Spring season and academy session, skill Centre sessions, Camps and Active Start Program. During the season, if a training session or game is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or field closures, no refund of any type will be granted. LUSA will attempt to make up games only at a later date but here are no guarantees. Once a program begins, no refunds will be offered.

The third child fee is $50.00 off of the registration fee. This discount does not include the U4 or U5 programs. Players must be registered in U6-U18 to receive the third child discount. Please register the oldest children first.
