Langley Adult Recreational Soccer
Our program is designed for adults who love to play soccer in a fun, social and low-pressure environment. Whether you're a seasoned player or just starting out, LARS is the perfect place to kick off and have some fun on the field.
Our program runs on Sunday nights and is open to anyone 18 years and older. We have a variety of skill levels and abilities in our program, so you'll always find someone to play with. The program is LUSA Staff coach overseen and designed to be recreational, so you can enjoy training and playing games without worrying about the outcome.
Our fields are well-maintained, and we provide all the necessary equipment, so you don't have to worry about a thing.

SPRING 2026
LATE REGISTRATION DATE: March 1
Fall Regular Fee: $185
LUSA staff coach–overseen recreational development program (8v8 or 6v6), based in Langley for both training and games. Open to all Langley United member parents and Langley community residents.

Men’s: 7:45 PM – 9:15 PM
Women’s: 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM
No programming:
Victoria Day Weekend — Sunday, May 17, 2026
The sessions start with a 10 minute warm-up, followed by 10 minute passing activities and then 75 minute game (2, 30 minute halves) half field of 8v8 games.
