National Day for Truth and Reconciliation – Field Availability and Optional Training

On Wednesday, September 30, 2026, we observe the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. This day provides an important opportunity to reflect on the history and legacy of residential schools, honor survivors, and support reconciliation efforts in our communities.

While this is a significant day of remembrance, we want to inform all coaches, players, and families that all fields will remain open. Training is completely optional for all teams.
We respect whatever choice your team makes, whether you choose to use your scheduled field time or take the day to observe the occasion outside of sport. Coaches, please connect with your teams directly to confirm whether you will be holding practice.
